Photography Ireland 2009

    The Photography Ireland 2009 book is out. Got my copy last night.

    Found out I have had 2 photographs published in it. Page 7 is mine :D

    What I wasn't that happy with is there is a fault in the printing which has put a small ring on the black background of one of my images.

    Still it's good to be included for the first time, which was one of my goals for this year.

    Anyone else here get any images in it this year?

    Newbee Q's here, so....where is it ? how would you get photos in it ? is it online ?

    You have to submit images to the IPF earlier in the year. It was, from memory, 5 colour & 5 Mono images in TIFF (the details to enter are included at the back of each book) You don't find out what's been accepted until the book comes out. I think it's open to all Irish Photographers, whereever they are or those who are living in Ireland.

    My entry was made before I became active here, otherwise I would have posted thread about it.

    The books are available for €20 in the shops if you want to get one. We have them for €15 at DCC.
