3. Date and Location of event: Sunday 14th December, Moylurg Inn, Boyle, Co.Roscommon

4. Registration and Start time of event. Reg from 4pm, Starts @ 5pm sharp.

5. Any prerequisites (member of club, society etc): No

6. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number (in advance, at the door etc.) At the door. Places limited to 30 players!!

7. Type of Tournament (Hold'em/Omaha etc Freezeout/Rebuy etc.) No limit Texas Hold'em. Freezeout!

8. Cost of entry €200

9. Cost of registration: €20

10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund: Tickets to the IPC main event in jan given out (worth €2000 each)

11. Any guarenteed prize pool. NO.

12. If applicable, Number of re-buys allowed and over what time frame/blind levels. N/A

13. Starting Chips: 10,000. Extra 1k chip for those in the pub by 4:30pm

14. Rebuy and Top-up chip amounts. N/A

16. Blind timeframes: 30 minutes all the way

17. Places being paid and if any prizes are other than cash (free entry to other tournie, merchandice etc): 1 ticket to IPC main event for every 10 players. Any cash left over will be awarded to other top place finishers.

18. Are there going to be dealers - and their level of skill: Competent dealers on all tables.

19. Will there be a documented list of rules: Yes

20. Is there a tournament director: Yes

21. How are disputes handled - who has final say: Tournament director has final say on all matters.

Cash alternative cannot be taken instead of a ticket!

Places are limited due to lack of dealers.

I expect to get a minimum of 20 runners.

I will be running feeders into this from next week on.


Cash table provided throughout the day.
Hot food provided at the break.

expecting 20 approx. so hopefully will get two tickets given out. As I said in original post its limited to 30 players max due to lack of dealers around this area.

EARLY BIRD!!! A poor man got stuck at those temporary traffic lights at the Texaco Garage on the Ballymote road and was 30 seconds late for the early bird chip. It was a fierse strict tournament director that wouldn't give him one:mad::p
