itunes problem

hi, can anyone tell me how to put videos that i have saved on my laptop into itunes and then on my ipod. i think it must have something got to do with the file type they are flash video and i downloaded them from youtube. any help would be great!

well jongaffer 2nd time im replyin to u bout itunes now lol.

If u have movies or videos like youtube videos that u want to put on itunes you must first convert them to the right type of file that itunes supports.

I do this via a program that converts any video to a itunes compatable 1. there are hundreds of converters out there but i find a particulary good 1 is DVDVideosoft.com, go to http://dvdvideosoft.com/free-dvd-video-software.htm and select download free studio entirely in the blue box or the right.

this program has loads of features. you can download youtube viseos straight to itunes format , and convert any videos u might already have, and much more.

wen its downloaded and intalled open it up and click the video tab. then click "convert video to ipod format". click continue. find the file u want to convert by clicking browse. then under devices select the type of ipod u have and then the quality u want(high, medium or low) and click converrt.

when its done just drag it into itunes or go file>import>find file.
