Drop in aerobics classes in Dublin?

    hey lads

    having trouble finding some drop in aerobics or similar jumping around type of class near enough to Ballsbridge area and south towards Dun Laoghaire.

    I cant afford full gym membership as I'm not rich enough, but would love the option of a class a week of some sort of aerobics for under a tenner...is it possible?

    ideas welcome

    Hi,

    I teach a circuit class every Wednesday evening in Kilmacud Community Centre, just beside Stillorgan Shopping Centre.

    It involves aerobic, anaerobic and muscular enduance exercises.

    Price is €10 per session, come and have a look sure.
