Dell inspiron mini laptop

Hey my gf was hoping to get a dell inspiron mini laptop for christmas but it only has a 16GB solid state drive all she plans to use it for is itunes word and surfing the net .... so she has about 5gigs of music on her ipod do you think there's enough space?

you shouldn't really store music and files on a laptop, they should be kept on an external hard drive, in case of theft, and in the case of dell mini if it falls down the back of the sofa.

Thats my opinion now, but frankly 16gb is loads IF and only if she only uses it for what you have just said, how long will it be before office is added, followed by some other random program?
