Its among the best freeware alternatives. Most people subscribe to Norton or McAfee through their OEM/Computer Vendor. Some subscribe to other stuff like Kapersky. Most people just use freeware like ZoneAlarm for their friewall and AVG for their Antivirus. But I hate AVG with a fiery passion. When I use freeware I normally use Comodo Firewall and Avast Antivirus but since ZoneAlarm prfoessional is 2 programs in 1, its worth getting. Especially when its free.

I've used Zone Alarm Pro before and wasnt impressed.

I have installed Zonealarm on many systems. Its exceptionally good, less of a memory hog and one of the top three I'd recommend.
