Any opinions on Fitness Together, Rathmines

I'm overweight and underfit (unlike all you other super people in here). I'd like to remedy this situation. It has been suggested to me that a personal trainer might be the way to go, so I'm wondering if anyone has any specific opinions on Fitness Together in Rathmines?

    Specific questions:
Are they aimed at "normal" people, or at people who are already perfect, but want to be perfecter (yes, I know that's not a word)?

Has anyone here used them with good/bad results?

How long a commitment would you need to make - is this something you'd go to for 6 weeks, 6 months, 6 years? Or is that totally dependant on yourself?

How long is an average session, and how often?

Other silly questions: Do they have changing facilities there? Parking? Water?

Thanks in advance for any help!

I've never trained there but when i was doing my PT course we had a look at the place.

its aimed at anyone wanting to exercise.

how long a commitment is porb up to you, i think you'd have to ring them about that.

sessions are an hour, and i presume 3 times a week.

yes they have changing facilities, parking and water ;)

I dunno bout price, its a PT gym tho, not a commercial gym with some PT's so it could be pricy.

my advice would be to ring them and go have a look.

    hi,

I used FT service, its brilliant, own privacy, people there are normal ;-) they very helpful as well, if you really wish to tone up or loose weight personal trainer is the best way to go ;-) they cud make up some special programm for you and if you stick with that and also come back for session there minimum once per week you will defo see the results! Im very happy with the service and trainers are really highly qualified there as its suppose to be the best personal training place in whole dublin-or ireland ;-) good luck!
