I have a friend in his 40's who has a PI similar to those posted here but this seems to be a younger board? Also he is more a sticks location. Anyone know of a board down the country' for older' -oh he'd love that! folk

I know there is an older section here but they do not have a PI do they?

OMG the word "older" being used to describe someone in their 40s:eek:

There are plenty of older people here and there are plenty of people from "the sticks" here too. At a guess i'd say the vast majority are younger though (20s?). There are however, without a doubt, some very wise people among them....
At the end of the day though advice taken from anyone on the internet, wherever they're from and whatever their (stated) age should be taken with a degree of caution.

    OK folks stay on topic

Your friend should still use this board. Age is of no big concern imo.
Is it important in this case? Still it shouldn't matter, plenty of older boardsies that can understand/give advice.

Your friend is quite welcome to post here.
As Thaed said, the age range is quite diverse.
Hell, even some of the PI Mods are in their 40's....
    *cough*

Hey jack, I think you find the majority of posters between the ages of 18 and 22, but that is from a pole that DeVore done, not sure how long ago. There are people well over the age of 55. I know some of them personally :)

Go to Sys and Census and see for yourself. That is only the people who took part of the cencus too :)

Boards.ie does not have an age limit, it's great :)

    Age census http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=249008
Might not be super accurate but gives an indication anyway.
