PSP Store - Help

So I decide to route out my PSP and see whats new etc. I go looking for the old PSP store to find its gone and I now need to download a program called Media Manager. So I download and install it and it is now asking me for a serial number which I have no idea where to find. Do I have to pay for a serial to use the PSP store that used to be free to browse or am I being tick and doing something wrong?

Is it me or is the Playstation support an absolute mess? Trying to register my PS3 from the account I set up when I got my PSP and its telling me I cant because my e-mail is already in use! The FAQ has entries for both of my above problems but when I click them all the info I get is to contact Sony and no number for Ireland.

The serial number should have appeared as you installed the program, it's completely free. Just uninstall and reinstall it, and when you see the serial number appear copy and paste it somewhere to use when it asks you. When I installed it the serial number automatically appeared in the input area but I guess it doesn't always work as expected. Failing that if you have WiFi you could always just access the Store from your PSP.

When you say that you're trying to register your PS3 do you mean to use the same PSN account as your PSP or to register your PS3s serial number?

Well I did see the serial number when I first installed but never noted it down. When I uninstall the program and re-install that screen never shows up again. Even tried using a reg cleaner to no avail.

And yup Im trying to register the PS3 on the same account.

Tru going to "use existing account" maybe? Don't mean to be sarcastic, but that could be your problem.
