Trying to get pregnant

    But everytime I have sex the sperm keeps spilling back out. Apologies for the crudeness but how am I supposed to get pregnant if this is happening. Off the pill one year.

    Some of it will but not all of it.
    Try lying still after having sex.

    If you are having issues and have not gotten pregnant then I suggest you talk to your dr.

    again trying not to be crude but you need to let gravity help. He needs to be on top and place a pillow or something under your bum to raise your hips. Also when he comes get him to pull out immediatly after and you lie there for 10 min.

    I was trying for about a year before I tried all of the above, then I heard my sis was pregnant and I was envious so I did all of the above (i had read them in differant books) and I was pregnant in the next cycle!!
