I ejaculated inside my GF last night, She was on last day of period so I taught it was her 'barren' time - she disagreed, Im pretty sure she is wrong - there is a grey zone after a womans period? for a few days, at least thats what our religion teacher told us once, she probaly had an agenda though

No time is a safe time, cop on and use contraception if you do not want her to become pregnant.

It's possible for a woman to get pregnant at any time during her cycle, yes. However, the most unlikely time for it to happen is generally during a period. If you're concerned about pregnancy, pop along and get the morning after pill for peace of mind.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,032 ✭✭✭She Devil

Nope it could have been one of her most fertile times apparently!! The cycle had begun aswell.
I don't know how you thought the nun had an agenda, but maybe you should have one? Educate yourself on the grown up world before you delve in it!!
Having sex has consequences, some you may not be ready for. Go to the doc get the morning after pill and ask for some advice, get some condoms and if its going to be a common occurance get yourself sorted with the contraceptive pill ...

I don't really like condoms take away the feel, now when I say her last day of period, it had actually stopped, so it was the first day after if you get me, like an egg gets flushed its gonna take a few days for a new one - Id assume she had an agenda as in not teaching about contraceptives been a religous nut and all

You can get pregnant, but on the last day of the period it's was less likely, still possible though. If it were me I'd get the morning after pill asap.

Sperm live for up to 72 hours inside a woman's body, if she ovulates anytime during that then she can convieve and become pregnant, not every woman ovulates on the same day.

If there is no other form of contraception in play then I suggest you ask if she will go and
see a dr about getting emergancy contraceptions, ie the morning after pill.
It could be that the morning after pill is not an option for her and yes you could be looking at an unplanned pregnancy.

there are no guarantees with the cycle method, and the attitude toward the MAP these days is frighteningly laid back. it's not a miracle drug, it can have side affects, and shouldn't be abused. if you're worried about pregnancy, use conctraception, and don't listen to nuns.

t least thats what our religion teacher told us once

Don't take medical advice from a woman who believes in magic, levitation and zombies.

This is a monumentally stupid thing to say. Cop on or you're going to ruin your life by having a child you are clearly far too immature to raise.

You don't like using a condom? How much do you think you'll like the following choice: Keep and raise the child or get an abortion.

Having any kind of sex risks pregnancy. Condoms and the pill drastically reduce the chances of a pregnancy but even that isn't a guarantee.

In my very real experience, this time can most definitely result in pregnancy. I get a very strong impression that you are way too immature to be having sex at all, if you cannot arm yourself with the basic necessary information, not to mention just going ahead and ejaculating, at ANY time without precaution. No time is safe. Your religion teacher told you once - are you serious? If you're able to post here, you're surely able to get the proper info onlone. Don't like condoms? Fair enough, as long as you like babies. Nobody likes condoms, but that's life. Grow up, both of you, before it's too late.

Choices fixed. Also there is the whole talk of the town nonsense. Man your attitude is scarily stupid and it would be comedy if it didn't involve real peoples lives.

In fairness condoms do feel totally rubbish.

Don't take medical advice from a woman who believes in magic, levitation and zombies.

That is harsh, derisory and uncalled for.

OP I suggest you take the time to learn the facts of how the female reproductive system works, how conception and pregnancy occurs and on the risks and hazards of getting a sexually transmitted infection, sexually transmitted disease or becoming HIV positive.

Condoms not only can be used to help prevent pregnancy but are also used to help protect your health.

    I suggest you start here.

And you base that on what? a dislike for sex by the sounds (or indifference) - its a choice I do wear them but its OK to let the animal instincts go wild, I wouldnt have done it looking back but was caught up in the moment -and itll prob happen again, such is life ye?

Yeah, such is life... but in that case, so are unplanned pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases. If you don't want your gf to get pregnant, wear a condom. It's not rocket science. If you don't like condoms, don't ejaculate inside her - but even this is not 100% safe, since pre-ejaculate also contains sperm.

You can't have it all ways. If you're going to take risks, you have to be prepared to deal with the consequences. Get your gf the morning after pill, asap. If it's too late for that... you'll be needing a pregnancy test.

    Yep.

    Such is life.

Life happens. So do unwanted pregnancies, abortions, ectopic pregnancies that are a serious endangerment to the life of the mother (that's when an egg is fertilised but embeds in the fallopean tubes, not the womb), failed abortions, cervical cancer (were you aware that sexual activity with multiple partners increases a young woman's risk of cervical cancer because of the increased risk of the spread of HPV through not using a condom?) The Mayo Clinic reported a study that stated the following:
young women whose partners used condoms every time they had sex were 70 percent less likely to contract HPV — the virus that causes most genital warts and cervical cancers — than were women whose partners used condoms less than 5 percent of the time.

Unprotected sex can also exacerbate thrush conditions (there is no point in a woman treating herself for thrush if the guy with whom she is having unprotected sex repeatedly reinfects her).

In other words, stud, put a condom on, because it's not all about you.

If you are not just looking for a reaction here, then you're about twelve and definitely shouldn't be having sex as you're clearly too immature. You didn't even know that she could get pregnant.

A woman can get pregnant no matter when you have sex. Yes, some times are more unlikely, but I'd prefer to have no ambiguity, not to rely on chance myself. Would you rather a 0.01% chance or something a lot higher, because the latter is the option you've taken on this occasion.

Until you know the facts, wear condoms. Every time. The better option for your girlfriend would be for her to be on the pill because you're clearly too immature to handle the possible consequences of unprotected sex so she'd be best taking the precautions in my opinion.

    Wilful ignorance isn't sexy.

    Hey OP

God people are being a bit harsh!! Who is mature enough to be having sex anyway??!! Because to be mature enough to do it you should probably be mature enough to deal with the consequences ie. a baby! And they probably have a point! But we are people and it is our nature and we are meant to reproduce and such is life for ye is right.

I myself have been using the natural method of contraception with my boyfriend for the past 5 years to great sucess. (My boyfriend can't use condoms and i have turned into a psycho on the pill and injection...)
And we have sex every day when I'm not ovulating.

Yes your girlfriend could have gotten pregnant...but probably not.
I don't really think ye deserve such a lecturing over it!!! Everyone does irresponsible stupid things from time to time.

I'd say she should get the morning after pill just incase, but she probably isnt pregnant...
