    I'm a student living away from home and you cannot beat Supervalu for good value! There Nice Price range is excellent and soooo cheap! 2 litre bottle of water for 35c? Where can you go wrong!?

    you cant go wrong at the price..they have pretty good offers compared to the other big shops...no wonder they are Irelands largest market holder in food distribution!

    Had a Super Valu right across the road from me last year and well apart from buying the bear essentials and whatever they had on offer they arn't good value at all. Plenty of other, much cheaper, supermarkets

    Ironic that they call themselves Supervalu when they are the most expensive supermarket in the country!(as proven by an independent price survey):D

    The most expensive supermarket in the county?can you attach the link of this survey because according to the NCA Supervalu are proven to be the cheapest supermarket on leading branded products and their Nice Price range is fully even to that of Tesco in price. So how are you working out that they are the most expensive?
