withdrawing from fulltilt?

    To cut a long story short, i joined tilt in feb 08, made one deposit until september 08 and lucky me, was able to make several withdrawals in that time. At this point my bankcard expired. Now i had issues with tilt before but the policy with them is, in order for me to make a withdrawal after the date i had to change my details, no problem there obv. To my surprise, they would not let me change my details via the cashier tab, ok , fair enough. I emailed and asked what to do in order for me to make a withdrawal (i had funds and was not wanting to make a deposit). They stressed i had to make a new deposit with another card in order to have a withdrawal option, ok, did that.

    My account is now in order and i make a withdrawal on the 5th of november.

    So i go to make another withdrawal last night but shock horror, my new card has been taken down as a withdrawal option. Sent the mail asking politely, what in the name of god has happened here? WHERE IS MY NEW CARD DETAILS?........i got a reply........

    Hi guys, thank you for the reply.

    Please bare with me here, so what your telling me is i CAN make a deposit using my card but i CANNOT make a withdrawal. Is this for real?

    I made a withdrawal using this card last week. It is my ONLY bankcard. How am i supposed to get access to my money? My new card WAS in the withdrawal window a few days ago as i checked to make double sure my account was in order and now your telling me i cannot make another withdrawal this week. I had to make a deposit using this card just so i had any withdrawal option at all. How am i supposed to take fulltilt seriously if you cannot make a withdrawal using a VISA to my card?

    Please dont feel like i am having a go at anyone, i am not, but this is just gone beyond a joke now. I cant believe that anything has changed from last weeks withdrawal, my bank does accept CFT (credit funds transfer), i have YOUR approved withdrawal receipt on my bank statement.

    You will also see from my past transactions on the account that the transfer number is 027BCEOF, the time stamp on the withdrawal is the 5 november 2008 at 14.42.

    For arguments sake, lets just say i have another bankcard (which i dont) , and i use that one to make another deposit, how will you assure me that when i make that deposit, that i can use that card to make a withdrawal to that account...........fulltilt has totally lost me on this issue, please contact me asap as i need this money urgently..........

    Honestly, these guys have no clue, im still waiting for a reply. If i didnt have several refer a friend bonuses ($100 each) in the pipeline i would be outta there......................has anyone else tried to withdraw via visa in the last few days? i would be intrigued to know if you had it approved.......all the best and gl at the tables.......david.

    i have since found out that other players cannot withdraw via visa from ireland...............if you have a fulltilt account, just check your cashier tab to see if yours is active, on the withdrawal tab there is a red select button which has disappeared and has left me with my old card which is obviously defunct..............bunch of cowboys.

    lol........well i see nobody else has any issues at the moment on boards.ie.

    This is the latest, if you have deposited using traditional visa with fulltilt your withdrawal option has changed to the option "local bank transfer". If you have used visa electron then nothing has changed for you.

    So, in order for you to withdraw using the traditional visa you will require 2 additional pieces of info. These are your "swift code" and your "iban/bic" number. These changes have occurred in the last few days. These details are how your bank account is expressed in an international format. You will , no doubt, have to acquire those codes from your bank (unless of course you allready transfer money from an international bank to your own bank account).

    Fulltilt, of course, were of no help whatsoever........if you have ever emailed them you know what i mean. So if anyone you know has problems withdrawing from tilt you can pass on the info as i know that around 80% of non US deposits to fulltilt are used with traditional visa.

    As a sidenote, Ryanair charge roughly 7 euro per seat booked using traditional visa. Strangely, its completely free with visa electron......................might have to get me one of those cards........all the best , david.
