[Judo] Whats your favourite... ?

Write down your favourite throw and why.
You can cheat with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Kodokan_Judo_techniques if you like - i did

Throw: Sasae Tsurikomi Ashi
one of the few throws you can actually look at your Uke and see the expression of "Why the hell cant my foot move forward" on their face
Hold Down: has to be nice and simple Kesa Gatame
More because of the nice unexpected ude gatame type armlock you can surprise them into if their arm comes free
ArmLock: ill go with ude garami
Strangle/ChokeLock: i think its the gyaku juji jime

Throw = Harai Goshi, O Soto Gari or any foot sweep.

Hold down = Kami shiho gatame or the simple Kesa gatame.

Locks and strangles, well depending on what position I'm fighting from tbh. I don't have an especially strong or weak point on the ground.
