Gaps in my routine

    Since July I've been doing on average 5 nights a week at the gym. Lately it's become more like 1 or 2 nights as my job has me travelling and my accommodation has no gym. So I'm getting long gaps between sessions and it's hard to get into again. There is no opportunity to go walking where I stay and in a room with spare floor space of 3x3 feet, there's not much chance of doing anything.

    Will I loose whatever fitness I've build up and I know that muscles atrophy after a period of no use. This may be a little extreme, but I'd hate to loose what was hard earned. (stupid job! - glad of it at the mo though!)
