Anyone with any experience or perhaps good advise, most appreciated.

I am trying to market an insurance product specifically targeted at tradesmen, good rates, cover etc. Has anyone tried marketing to this sector before and where have they found the best areas to spend their money?

yes mate i used to work for combined insurance company of america... they specialse in personal accident cover... to trades... anyone...

the trades men were the hardest to get... talk to them on thier level, dont try and sell it, just let them think they need it. they'll brush u off alot tho.

try a different angle, can it apply to more positive people?

best way to get trades is in the snap cabbin, keep it bloody short tho and keep goign back week after week after week, when someone hurts themself on site they'll all have it. i once sold 39 policies on one site in one day, someone had fallen off the scaffold

    what are you selling?

    stay positive... good luck:)
