After buying way too many pairs of cheapo tweezers that stop tweezing after about a month, I have decided now is the time to invest in a good quality pair. I was thinking about a pair of Tweezerman, which are around €20 I think, can anyone tell me if they are worth the money or suggest a good alternative?

    €20

I bought one last week for €7.99 and thought that was a bit steep. I think it's very good. Precision tweezers by infinity.

tbh in my case, i put them down and lose the feckers all the time so i wouldint spend the €20. Misery guts here.

What can make a tweezers worth that kinda money?

I bought the petite Tweezerman pair in a little case, think was 17 euro from Boots about two months ago. They're much easier than my old ones for getting tiny hairs out, and easy to grip. I'd say if they won't break the bank to go for them, found mine very good, but my eyebrows need all the help they can get! :pac:

I spent years with crappy cheap tweezers driving me nuts till I found Tweezerman ones, definitely worth the money :D I mind mine well and keep them in the same place so that I don't lose them.

I really like the Tweezerman ones. I used to use cheap ones but I find the Tweezerman grips the hair and pulls it out far easier.

Thanks for all the replies guys, think I will invest in the Tweezerman. I just find with the cheap ones that i'm always plucking cos they don't grip the small hairs.

Tweezerman is the Rolls Royce of tweezers, worth every penny!

Yep, tweezerman are the business - especially the ones that go to a really tiny point rather than the slanted edge - they pull even the tiniest hairs out :D

Bought a tweezerman while I was in America in summer '07 and must admit I'm not totally impressed with it. I only use it if I'v mislaid my other tweezers: Its by a brand called Vitry. Find it excellent!!
