What are the ingredients? All that lot said for definite is that it doesn't contain Ephedra.

I've never heard of it, and I do tend to hear about a lot of weird diet pills.

It definately does not contain Ephedra. I read on another website that it is created around the ban on that ingredient.

    It contains:

    Guarana (seed)
    Bee Pollen :D LOL
    Korean Ginseng
    Ginger (root)
    Lecithin
    Sarsaparilla (root)
    Golden seal (aerial part)
    Nettle (leaf)
    Gota Kola (aerial part)
    Gymnema Sylvestris

    Guarana (seed) = caffeine

Bee Pollen :D LOL - no idea what that's supposed to do.
Korean Ginseng = adaptogen, helps deal with stress
Ginger (root) - mostly used to help nausea, no useful evidence that it's useful for fat loss.
Lecithin - emulsifier, sometimes taken for high cholesterol, no evidence that it helps fat loss.
Sarsaparilla (root) - never heard of this for fat loss. I've a vague idea it can be used a bit like ginseng.
Golden seal (aerial part) = digestion aid, laxitive.
Nettle (leaf) - stinging nettle has been used for prostrate problems, and I think I've seen something about it possibly increasing testosterone.
Gota Kola (aerial part) - used as a tonic and for skin problems. May help with memory and digestion.
Gymnema Sylvestris - lowers blood sugar. Inhibits your ability to taste sweetness.

Bee pollen is considered a highly nutritious food because it contains a balance of vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, enzymes, and essential amino acids. Pollen comes from various plants, including buckwheat, maize, pine (songhaufen), rape, and typha (puhuang). Avoid confusion with bee venom, honey, and royal jelly. Bees use propolis, a resinous substance, to construct their hives while royal jelly is secreted from the salivary glands of bees.
The lay public probably uses it more often than is prescribed in clinical practice. Typically, bee pollen is used as a rejuvenator or a tonic. It is also used to enhance athletic stamina and strength and to assist in recovery from illness. Bee pollen is often used as a pollen and spore antidote during allergy season. It may aid in respiratory complaints such as bronchitis, sinus congestion, and common rhinitis. In the support of hormonal disorders, bee pollen is thought to balance the endocrine system with specific benefits in menstrual and prostate disorders. In Chinese medicine, bee pollen is used for building blood, reducing cravings for sweets and alcohol, as a radiation protectant, and a cancer inhibitor. Topically it is used for eczema, skin eruptions, and diaper rash. Available research does not adequately support its use for these indications.

Basically, it's caffeine and a sprinkle of other stuff, none of which is harmful but you are unlikely to be getting enough of them to be very useful.

Personally, I think you'd be better off with a good multi-vitamin, some extra vitamin C (studies have shown that the lower your Vit C levels, the less fat you will burn during exercise), extra D and plenty of fish oil. Essential fatty acids like fish oil can really increase fat burning. Have a cup of expresso in the morning and before your workout to get the caffeine. Take a whey shake afterwards.

For what it's worth, I've just done a search on Bodybuilding.com, where you have people taking all sorts and combinations of supplements, and not a single person there appears to be taking it. I'm pretty sure that if it did anything useful at all, someone there would be talking about it.

I have been downing 1 High Strength Omega 1 seven seas each morning and feel all the better for it.

I will try and put some more vitamins into my day to increase my bodies ability to burn more fat along with my current excercise.
