Anyone any ideas on how to achieve this painlessly.
I have a txt file full of email addresses that I would like to import into a new group in apple mail. Tried making a CVS file in excel, but mail kept informing me it was not a cvs file. At present I am reduced to entering each address one-by-one into the address book, then moving the address into the new group. Cannot find any help on the net or apple site
Any help or ideas much appreciated.

The file you are trying to import has the extension .csv? Are you sure it is formatted correctly? Could you give us an example of a line in the file (with anonymous values of course).

Mail can be a bit of a nightmare to get sorted like that sometimes, but I have always managed to get it to work in the end, usually some minor thing that needs changing somewhere.

    Thanks
