    yah, it's a cool bargain, but to put on it that you're saving €150 is false advertising, since the RRP of a 2nd Gen iPod would mean that you are saving €60. Apple have reduced the RRP/SRP of 1st gen to the same price as that of the 2nd gen.

    Had a look at the argos.co.uk site.
    You could save an even further approx 36 euro if this was bought in Northern Ireland. Retailing at 148.97 Sterling approx 183 euro. AND they are IN-Stock in Newry,Belfast and a few other argos stores. Might be worth a trip up and stock-pile on other cheap goods (BEER....WINE....SPIRITS and maybe some FOOD!!!!)

    Didnt think about Argos.co.uk - I've a couple of friends in the UK, so I may get one of them to pick me up one there.

    A nice bit of extra saving.

    The 1st gen also has no external volume control or speaker. I *think* the battery life may be slightly better on the 2nd gen too.
