I just read this really interesting article about a doctor that improved her husband's Alzheimer's by adding coconut oil to his diet:

I know it's a study of one but surely worth picking up a jar in a health food shop for less than a fiver, anything's worth trying to fight the devastation inflicted on people's live by this horrible disease.

I'm LOLing at how the journalist managed to write this article and not mention that coconut oil contains a lot of saturated fat. The sooner people accept that it's not the devil the better of they'll be!
