Adult beginners' T'ai Chi classes in Sligo?

    Hi. I think the thread title really says it all. Preferably I'm looking for a class on a Monday or Tuesday, or another weekday morning.

    I think I saw Tuesday morning classes advertised somewhere, but I haven't been able to find the ad since.

    Sorry if this is in the wrong place...

    Hi

    There is a sport shop accross the road and over the bridge from the Glass house hotel that has an advert for a Tai Chi class in the window .
