Gift for PP

There's a PP whom I've know for a long time but we rarely see each other any more since he's moved out of our parish a few years ago. We've asked him to do our wee sons Christening which it seems he is going out of his way to accommodate by having to rearrange other appointments (we, of course, do not expect him to do this.)

What do you suggest we get him a a gift to day say thanks? We dont know him that well to know his interests and yet we don't want to get him the ubiquitous bottle of aftershave that every granny will give him at Christmas! He may refuse money in an envelope to a gift is harder to refuse!

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
