    Hi,
I got a new credit card so I had to verify it with paypal. They do this by putting a 1.50 charge onto the card so you get the auth code in the payment description. When you authorize it you are supposed to get the 1.50 back into your account.

I still haven't got it back though and paypal took it off me on the 27th of August. I think I used the code that same day.

I'd pop them an email but I'd imagine they will be hard to get hold of.

I thought the €1.50 stays in your account for you to use on your next purchase, that's the way it was a few years back.
