    Okay, Stupid Question Alert.

And I really need some bloody help on this.

Hopefully someone out there can help me without incurring the cost of a doctors visit.

I used the Nuvaring for the first time on Thursday. I was so certain that this was the contraception for me. However, I have developed Thrush. It says on the imstructions that this is a common side-effect caused by the hormonal change in my body. But what I want to know is, does this mean I have to take it out?

Can I get some over the counter cream in the pharmacy to attack the thrush or is it just bye bye Nuvaring. Will the thrush re-occur as long as I'm using the Nuvaring?

I really hope that the former is the case because the ring is perfect for me in every other way.

    Pul-ease help me :(

"advice" being the relevant word :)

Best thing is to go to your doc.
