I warm up by running as slow as possible for 10 mins and then start my training properly and when I'm finished I spend about 10 mins stretching calfs, quads, hamstrings and abductors. I know a few people promote dynamic stretching so you could google that. And remember everyone warms up and cools down differently, so what works for me might not work for you.

Keep it simple - walk/jog for 5-10mins first and then try basic stretching - touching toes etc. Stretch the calves , quads.
Flexibility is alot better when the muscles are warm - never stretch first always warm up.
Also maybe a few crunches and press ups to finish a session- a good core is key to good running.

i'd recommend running slowly for 5-10 mins as well before stretching.
Stretch gently first then increase it..
Def stretch the hamstrings if you are unfit. Also the groin and quads and calves.
Also stretching after your run is good for recovery and will prob mean you are less sore afterwards.

No need to do anything - just get jogging. Jogging is gentle enough so no specific warm-up required, the first few minutes will act as the warm-up.
