Display SU-29 for Nokia CK-15W carkit

Anybody know where I could get a replacement display for the Nokia CK-15W carkit. Some bollox tried to steal my one - leaving a bunch of cut wires and a dead handsfree. The display model is SU-29. Any help appreciated as i dont want to fork out for a new handsfree.

I havent been able to find a new one. I was on to nokia Ireland nad was told of a few places to try but you can only get it as part of the whole package. ck-600 coming out sometime in the future which has removable display.
