Taking a chance

So there's this girl I've liked for maybe 5 years. 5 years of a crush on her and was crippled with fear to even speak to her for so long, my friends always thought it was the strangest thing that I was too scared to talk to her

So a few weeks ago I was out and she was there and I just stopped being scared and said hi, started talking, got her number and have been talking and flirting a bit online. I'm considering asking her out on a date now and I think she might say yes! Only thing is, I live in Waterford and she lives in Galway, but she's down here every weekend. I know it's a long distance, but at least I know I've taken the chance

Anyone else have a good story, for once, about this kinda thing?

Go for it, the girl I'm with now I thought I had no chance with, got back from America and asked her out and we're still going out now and I couldn't be happier. Good luck!

Go for it cowboy, put the saddle on her and ride her ragged.

You will feel much better, all that angst will disappear.

Have you ever tried to get from Waterford to Galway on public transport?
Train takes about 5 hours and there's 2 changes! And the bus apparently takes about 4.5 hours! Its an ordeal!

But I think I will ask her, maybe during the week. I'll let y'all know how it goes!

If you kill her and stick her head in your freezer, you'll save on travel costs.
