Wheezing

I run each Sunday, only a short one about 5 miles and had no problem until the winter came. I started getting a whexxe when the weather got colder. I find I only get it when going downhill and this leads me to think its because I may be going faster or because of the wind direction (Always run on same route). Wither way I dont know what to do because its gotten to the point where Ill jut stop because i dont like to stop running and therefore it nearly suffocates me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds medical to me mate. Asthma, or something going on in your chest. See your doc. Wheezing ain't natural - though puffing and blowing is.

if it only happens when you are training then it could be sports induced asthma. talk to your GP..
