    Point taken, but I don't expect too many features for that money.
    It is for a 15 year old, who hopefully will develop an interest in photography.
    I was just looking for a few pointers.
    I should probably have explained that in the first place.

    panasonic TZ5 , i bought this for herself in june for 300yoyos so i reckon it'll be cheaper now,its got everything you need plus a very wide angle lens and a 10x optical zoom . it looks cool too.
