    Hi guys,

I've never ordered off the above site.

I'm just wondering how long delivery takes once an item (video game) is dispatched?

I know it states delivery times on it's site but in "reality" how have people found them?

    Thanks...

It about the same time as Play, The Hut etc. Never had a problem with them, unlike CD Wow.

Ordered a boxset off them about 3 weeks ago. They sent an email every week for the first two weeks, to apologise for delay in shipping (none in stock), and then last Wednesday sent me an email to say it's been dispatched.

Hopefully, I'll receive it next week. Since it's a boxset, I hope I'm not stung for customs! I'm not sure if Sendit operate like others with their tax loophole shindig.

I've used them a lot. Mainly for DVDs and the odd game. Never had any problems with them. They also allow payment in Sterling, which is great. On average I get the items in less than 7 days.

Sendit are based in Jersey but I'm pretty sure items are dispatched from up north so you should have no trouble there.
I've found when using them and the item is in stock I usually receive it the same week.

Always get delivery in about a week. Also remember when ordering, to leave the price in Sterling, as you'll get a better exchange rate from your credit card. Unlike Play.com, Sendit allow you to pay in Sterling (even though they have Euro pricing too).

A friend of mine bought a 50euros boxset from sendit a few weeks back (I think it was Torchlight or something like that). It was delayed for around 2 weeks (after shipping) and it turned up with a 16euros duty charge... to be paid to the postman.

'Tis the season to... collect VAT on Chrissy presents. Ho ho ho, indeed.
