Just found out that despite best efforts to save my left leg its is going to be chopped from the knee down.
What I want from AH is well i dont know maybe this should be moved to PI but some funny answers will help.
Anyone know any one legged sports i can partake in?

Sorry to hear the bad news OP. I've seen one legged folk snow boarding before so that's an option, plus there's always trike/wheel chair racing?!

what was the name of that toy you had around your ankle and it span around your foot? It was pretty popular in the 90s. It was about 2/3 feet long and had a weight at the end of it with a counter.

On the less-lighter side, it would actually be of some use in strengthening your one good leg and retraining your balance.

Sorry to hear that. Once you get fitted for a prosthetic you have quite a good choice of sports. Look at Heather Mills-ballroom dancing and shagging like a mad thing with loads of rich men.:)

seriously tho you can make money as a stuntman for films/theatre they can chop up and crush yer leg and stuff

It wasn't me!

I know a target shooter with a missing leg, and he does okay. Even has separate prosthetics for the three different positions (standing, kneeling and prone) which is kinda amusing.
