What I'm trying to say (badly) is that you can give an example or a description.

He can even be a fictional character.

He can be a she too if you prefer girls.

Personally I think Leonardo diCaprio is devine.

Matt Bellamy is rather tasty alright. For me my dream date would be someone who was an amazing musician/singer.

Personality-wise- outgoing, confident, funny, gentle-manly, interested in politics/ important stuff, an interest in music would be a plus!

If he sings or plays guitar,then consider me sold!

Don't have a vision of an ideal man, aesthetically.

However, speaking very unspecifically.... I like nice eyes, sexy arms (fetish of mine), tall, bulky- not skinny, not fat, built I suppose is the word (am apparently unusual in that I do not like six packs or super "buff" male bodies...yuck), slight stubble or clean shaven. Yum.

Well-mannered. Love a polite boy.

Intelligence is actually my number one turn-on/clincher though. If a guy can stimulate me through conversation, I'm smitten.

Met a guy in a bar in Berlin who looked a lot like him, he had the eye make up on and all! Pretty hot alright, good call! :P:)

Well obviously someone who's physically attractive is always good to be around but I'll only want to STAY around him if he can hold a decent(well, better than decent) conversation and possess the ability to make me laugh! Sometimes I wish I had met my OH in a typical 'So, can I have your number?' type situation, so we could go on a proper first date. Suppose we could always do it and just pretend, but it might feel ridiculously silly! :P

My ideal, absolute dream date would be Hamlet minus the suicidal tendencies. I wouldn't even care what he looked like. In the modern world, it would be a curly-haired feminist with dimples, a good sense of humor, a very spontaneous nature, and an ability to identify and share his feelings. (I actually met this man! I fell in love immediately. But alas, it wasn't meant to be.:(At least I know they're out there.)
