    What is wrong with it?
Not much can be done if they are physically broken.

Don't know.It just won't power up. Got a new battery and appears to be charging and it wasn't dropped, so i have no idea whats wrong with it.

I always found that PDAs in general were pretty much disposable if there is a hardware fault and its out of warranty.

Have a look through here first for support you can do yourself:
    HP Support
    iPaq Support

If that fails call into the laptop shop down near the Hole in the Wall or PC World but you will probably be charged just for looking at it and then tell you is fecked.
