Caramel highlights

    Hiya,

I've just put a permanent Chocolate brown dye in my hair - well 2 days ago. I love the rich colour but would love to get a caramel colour put through it to break it up a bit ... just very subtle highlights. I'm paranoid that i'll end up looking stripy cos my hair is poker straight.

Do you know where might be a good place to get this done? Somewhere on the south city or city centre would be best! Preferably somewhere which won't cost a fortune!

    Thanks!

Any salon should be able to do them, just make it clear that you want some randomly placed highlights. You could easily do it yourself with one of the highlighting kits you can get in any chemist, just take random different sized sections of your hair and brush on the dye. I hate that 'stripy' look myself, especially with dark brown and really blonde hair.
