I started this P90x two weeks ago, and I am really impressed. The workouts last between 60 and 90 minutes and you work out six days per week.

I am looking forward to day 30 to see if I can notice any difference in my photos.

6-9 hours in the gym per week? You'd bloody well hope it would work. With a decent meal plan and that much gym time you'd hope to be fairly ripped after 90 days if your in any decent shape when you start, if nothing else though it's a great motivator.

For a quarter of the price by one of Ross Enamaits books, either Never Gymless or Infinite Intensity. I'm after starting his program from Never Gymless and its great stuff
