Im terrible when it comes to the little things.
    Anyway Ive my graduation soon,
Ive bought a new suit, its black with a gloss black pinstripe.
the interior of the suit jacket is a rich red silk,
Any ideas on a what colour tie? Should i Get a rich red silk Pattern tie?- I'll be wearing a white shirt too( bear in mind i've a tight shaven head so i dont want to end up looking like Hitman  And Im quite tall (6,4) if that can make a difference with regard to a choice.

You're really not too limited here. . .

Its a black suit, white shirt, so you can (almost) have any tie you like with this combination....If you feel like wearing a red tie,go for it!

Make sure the tie has a bit of 'life' in it so its not all too bland!

Just don't wear a wide tie with a stupid loose big knot on it like most students wear to their grads. Get a smart thinner tie, a deep red maybe? Almost wine?

get any colour tie you like. i know the inside lining of your jacket is red but no one's gonna see that anyway so you're not limited in what sort of tie you can wear

As the others said, any colour is possible. My only worry with red ties is that they are a bit too power-suit sometimes. Get a colour that matches your eyes.
    And congratulations!

Beauty of a suit like that is you're really not restricted in terms of ties.

mcauley is spot on, go for a tie with "a bit of life"
don't look like you're off to a funeral, take a nice vibrant colour and away you go.

As for piano tie....., but maybe for another night out!

Hmmmm. . . when I said you weren't really limited in your tie choices, I didn't really mean to say a piano tie would be a good choice :D

Unless your graduation has a theme?? Now there is an idea.

Congrats on the graduation and I second freakonaleashx's comments, make sure your tie is knotted correctly, any trouble with that, VideoJug is your friend!
