I rang up the chinese lantern shop there and they told me they dont sell any with red lazers :P

im not really up to spec on the subject but what real evidence i havent seen any,,,

i'd like someone to explain the story behind EVPs - they're the only kind of 'evidence' (cant think of a word to use other than that one) ive ever came across.

While it is impossible to tell what is being filmed I think the red beam is most likely an artefact of digital encoding. It is perfectly vertical relative to the frame of the picture as if it was added later electronically. It was not seen by those present.

But you fail to mention that this has happened both Ireland and the UK. Because the Irish footage has not been released it is clearly not a copycat video unless the person was at the convention. I have been trying to find a link between both people who have filmed the footage but i have been unable to.

Going by what i have seen, it is not traveling fast.Its traveling in a straight line. It has 3 lights and the red lazer. All can be re-created .

Honestly i think its just a military plane or a hoax baloon with a strobe lazer, and we will probably see it on some TV show in the future.

What's the likelihood of 3 chinese lanterns flying in a perfectly symmetrical triangular flight pattern? Unless they were connected by strings, it's unlikely. Even then, there have been an ever increasing amount of silent huge triangles flying around the world, blocking out the stars - indeed Robbie Williams recently went public with such a sighting. I'd hazard a guess at top secret military craft using electrostatic lift propulsion technology if I had to. But the chinese lanterns explanation is over simplistic imo.

i once made a chinese lantern with a "blackcat" banger on the frame with the fuse on the end of the candle so when the candles burn down to the end and it is really high up it would explode. fun to watch.

my next plan is to do the same except for a rocket pointing down the way instead of a banger
