Well I have bad blackheads, I had very good skin then one day it went out the window!

I have them on my nose, under mouth, forhead, on my shoulders, back, arms! Its a nightmare! And they arent that visible but I know they are there and they annoy me, i used neutrogena(the one with the ad on tv) for my face and it was terrible, well for me anyway.

Then I had witch nose strips, there were good but only good on nose so im looking for one general purpose for my body! Any idea?

The Body Shop have a blackhead clearing facemask.
Put on - leave for 15 mins then it peels off.

I find it very good, then i use the Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Cleansing Wash to keep my skin clear. it works.....when i remember to use it!!!

It generally easier to start off with a clean face, then prevent them!

Splash out on a Dermalogica cleansing facial, where they will do (reasonably painful) extractions. Then when you've got clear skin, use something like 'Johnsons & Johnsons Blackhead preventing moisturiser' -it's great, and use a mask regularly.... plus a deep cleanser twice a day ...

Sounds like you might need to rethink your diet a little bit, as what you put in will show on the outside! Cut back on the grease, drink more water and eat more fresh fruit and veg. U'll defo notice a difference.
Probably need to exfoliate more too, but be careful not to over do it as you can get painful over dry skin. You don't have to spend a fortune on exfoliators for your body, the cheapest would do if you if your not too rough, but I'd go for a good, fine one for your face and don't scrub too hard.

Well I drink water usually anyway but I guess healthier eating wont hurt. :)

    Thanks for the advice!

Start with clean face and use a cleasing mask, wash off and steam your face a a couple of minutes then use mario badescu silver powder, ya leave that on for about 10 mins, wash off and use a good toner and moisturiser. SOmetimes ill use the nose strip after the silver powder. It'll help.
