    Howya's lads and lassies.

So i'm playing U18's for Terenure collage, just getting into the Leinster league.
    But thats beside the point.

In the last few training sessions my hamstring has been feeling very tight, i've been taking it easy, soft warm up, propper stretching, but still feeling very tight.

I'm afraid that if this carries on, i could do myself some serious injury.
I play on the wing so naturally, there's quite a bit of fast running involved and i've heard that sprinters get the same thing?

Well anyway, i was wondering if anyone had any advice for me, to save my hamstring?

    Thanks in advance.
    Cian.

Not being funny but would you not be far better off to just go see a qualified physio?

Yeah, he would. We're not qualified to give opinions, or advice. There's too much risk of causing injury.
