    Just heard, remember reading about 2 pages of jurassic park when it came out, and moving straight to Airframe, which was great. I wonder is it still as good as it was when I was 12. RIP

    I've never actually read any of his books and I know this is slightly OT but can someone recommend their top 5 favorite MC books? Reading some of the tributes here it looks like I've missed out on a really great author.

    A Case of Need
    Sphere (better if you haven't seen the movie, and don't see it after)
    The Andromeda Strain
