Just wondering what document management and/or case management software (if any) people use in their firms/practices. Would you recommend it and what amount of users/fee earners/support staff do you have?

    Thanks.

Use Keyhouse myself. Reasonably user friendly and lots of functions, many of which are sold separately - so if you don't need something, you don't pay for it.

Case Management is great on the whole whichever you use. Saves lots of time. Opsis (I think it was called) was the one I used in the last firm I was in and that was good also.

I'd recommend trying different ones though. It's not a cheap investment.
