muscle weight??

    hey!any help apreciated!!im 19 about 5-10/11 and have been going gym since about april??at the start i weighed 14 stone and was pretty pudgey!!i joined to lose weight and get fit!well after a lot of hard work im now 11 and a half stone and a lot fitter!!all good i no!:D lol!but now that i lost a lot of fat and weight!im trying to put a bit of muscle weight on maybe get up to 12 stone?12 and a half max!but keep toned!!but i cant seem to put any weight on while still eating well!!any ideas???cheers

    you cant gain weight while on a weight loss diet, choose 1 to go with and stick with it, then go the other way, in other words cut caloies and diet to lose fat then up quality calories and gain the weight back but this time muscle instaed of the fat you lost. trying for both usually ends in failure.
