Advice on good diet to go with current workout

I joined the gym about a month ago after a long break but I am committed this time as my mates all go as well. Going for an hour session 5 times a week. At the moment I am doing 3 days cardio and 2 days Cardio/weights. I am starting to do a bit more weights now my gut has shrinked and I will eventually be looking to be doing the heavy weights. I have been trying to eat 5 times a day instead of 3 large meals but I want to really make the effort and to eat correctly to go with my work out.

Lunch time is particulary tough for me. I am very picky with my food I don't really like salad or many vegetables, only really like onion tbh. I find myself getting a chicken and stuffing wrap everyday. It's quite filling. probably too big if I really want to go for it in the gym but I really am picky when it comes to food and it's a lot better than the fried stuff I use to go for at lunch.

For dinner again I don't really like veg. So I always find myself coming home and cooking chicken or a burger and oven chips. Again not the best but I use to be on 4 take aways a week so I am improving although I am not the best cook and because I don't get in from the gym til 8 I have to cook for myself.

Can people maybe list what they might have throughout the day and I can see if there are things that I would in fact like.
