Is it doing me harm??

So i presumme i'll be getting alot of "well duh" replies but its more so to settle an arguement with my OH.

I would drink maybe 10 cans of coke a day, my OH thinks this is awful and that my insides must be erroding away! am usually quiet healthy, although when i get sick, I really get sick. Am not over weight actually borderline underweight.

I have been to the doctor and asked her if it was doing me anyharm to me, she said my blood sugars were ok so thats what am going by....

I get headaches every now and again that i never got before, and skin rashes from time to time but they dont last to long. My OH thinks this is all down to the coke.

Obviously my sleep pattern is a bit of a mess but i think that is the only real problem with me drinking so much coke. I know people that say they drink loads more then me a day!!

    What does anyone else think??

    Hi,

I think that it depends on what other foods you eat. I mean, if your diet is generally good, then drinking this much coke shouldn't pose any harm. You would want to be fairly active too in order to burn-up the sugar. As you age, however, you may find all of this coke having a progressively worse effect on your body. What age are you now?

It's a risk factor for the development of diabetes.

It can't be too great from a dentistry perspective I would imagine.

sorry, we can't give advice on what may or may not be harmful to you. It's your health. It's too dodgy to leave to internet randomers like us.

    Sorry.
