hey all, i have an old clarinet sitting in my wardrobe that i used to play. i gave it up and took on the tenor sax. long story short i no longer own a sax, and i want to sell the clarinet and put whatever i get towards a new sax.

now as i said its an old clarinet, i have no idea how much it was (parents bought it for me) and no idea how much its worth. is there anywhere in dublin i could bring it to get it valued?

    thanks for your help

Maybe try Paul Ryan Woodwind & Brass in Temple Bar? It might be a good idea to call him first to make sure he does that. The only other place I can think of is maybe McCullough Piggot on Suffolk Street. Last time I was in there they had a small selection of second hand instruments, although I'd go to Paul Ryan if you can.
