Multimedia Hard Drive

Okay I know there are devices out there that will allow you to attach a USB pen drive up to 32gb to play movies etc on your TV such as this one here http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.15888 but are there any devices that will adapt a 500gb external hard drive to do the same thing?

Basically I have a spare 500gb hd have no use for it, so I want to see if theres any device to adapt it to play movies etc?

Check DX as they have just the hard-drive enclosure which you can slot your existing drive into.

You'll just need to pick whether it's for 2.5 or 3.5 inch drives.
