We're not long back from a club training trip to the guys we're affiliated to Steve Kardian in New York and Phil Migliarese in Philadelphia.

We were lucky enough to be in Phil's Balance Studios in Philly for promotions day. I've attached 2 photos, I took some video but can't get the link to work here (but you can see it on Phil's site http://jiujitsumatrix.ning.com/ bottom righthand corner)

There were about 200 people on the mat including 11 blackbelts! One of Phil's students was outside playing the bagpipes to mark the day.... it was pure magic!
