I sprained my ankle and can't really do my normal training because it requires a lot of foot movement and twisting. I'm just wondering if you sprained your ankle (reasonably badly, let's say grade 2) what kind of training would you do to keep fit?

looking for ideas to keep me less fat

I would suggest that you just rest it for as long as needed. Use the time off to get any other little niggles sorted out before you go back to training better off than before your injury.

Generally when i am injured which is more and more the older i get, i just try to work on my flexibilty.
