Yea thats loads. If I was doing your hair I would be delighted with a 10 euro tip!

At the risk of sounding stingy () I don't always tip my hairdresser because the price of the haircut is already loads so tipping would depend on how generous i'm feeling! but I do tip most other services, I'd be delighted to be tipped if I was in a service industry job! :)

I never tip hairdressers. Unless I knew the person or was a very regular customer of theirs or something but normally I just go in and someone does it its a big salon and pricey enough

Im guessing at €70 that you arent going to a salon? €10 would be plenty to tip :)

Well said. In these recessionary times hang on to your money. Why tip in one place and then haggle for a discount in another type of business? Hairdressers charge enough as it is.
